<p>Using maps in HOA Management is key to communicating all the most important items of the property. <p>Your HOA or HOA Management company is ready to save time and money with a better set of maps for your project. You have grown out of the initial sales map and it&#8217;s not doing what you need it to do. You are spending more time looking for information on where things are or describing details that just take too long. Using Google maps to supplement your sales map has been helpful but it is missing key points. A new set of accurate maps of your HOA is on your to do list.</p>



<p>Using current aerial imagery is the core starting place for your new set of HOA maps. With several sources to choose from we pick the best image for your property. Next comes the overlays. They are the items that are missing from your supplemental Google maps image.</p>



<p>First we incorporate street names on the aerial image. Followed by the parcel boundaries obtained from the county. Labeling with the address or unit number for clarity on what unit is where. If you have the sales map or lucky enough to have the recorded plat the lot number can also be added. Building numbers can also be included on the map.</p>



<p>Now that you have a current image showing the build property along with the parcel lines with address you can see the project as it sits today. This map can be shared with your maintenance crew to locate the correct location where a reported issue. Reducing time spent searching and resulting in money saved.</p>

<p>HOA&#8217;s (Home Owner Associations) have some basic things they need to accomplish. Keep the property in line with the rules of the HOA is the one people think of first. How about maintaining that HOA&#8217;s common area spaces? Do you do it in house? What about if you have a company take care of your HOA services for you? </p>



<p>After your HOA&#8217;s initial purchasing round, how do you best visualize and keep track of all the infrastructure of that HOA? Do you go out to bid on a regular basis for these services? Maybe you bid for Landscaping, Snow Removal, Street Repair? (if private) or maybe you have issues with a unit?</p>



<p>Good maps or set of maps is the first place to start keeping track of your property. Accurate maps save time in interacting with your HOA and the common areas that you are responsible for. Maps can also save the HOA and management company money in the bidding process for services.</p>



<p>Why can&#8217;t you just use the marketing map you have from the sales process? These maps are typically design sketches by the developer. Sales maps might not be exactly what was built on the property. Seeing the actual imagery of the HOA helps focus your attention on what was actually built.</p>
